Cincinnati will enjoy a second blast of cicada joy

Cincinnati experienced its last periodical cicada outbreak just four years ago. And another is on its way this May. That's what happens when two brood regions converge. The Cincinnati area is home to both Brood X and Brood XIV cicadas. (WDTN-TV)
