Kahn's release Epiphany in Brooklyn stayed in my heavy rotation for months after it was released in 1992, so it was great to come across this tune. Many emusic listeners have panned the quality of Kahn's singing and playing on this cut, but I like the immediate, demo quality of her performance. And her enthusiastic delivery is contagious.
